The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, paid a visit to the Technoman LLC., which produces nutritionally associated carbon dioxide gas.
Sargsyan toured the plant, and got familiarized with its current status and future plans.
Enterprise technical director Viktor Muradyan told reporters that since 2014, the plant produces 99.9-percent nutritionally associated carbon dioxide gas, which is used in the production of mineral waters and carbonated drinks, and in several other domains.
A part of this production is exported to Georgia.
The company plans to produce up to 5,000 tons, whose 3,000 tons are planned to be exported to Russia and Georgia.
Carbon dioxide gas is extracted from the mineral water source.
