The most important advantage of the carbon dioxide used for nutritional purposes produced by "Technoman" is that the extraction is natural based. The extraction from mineral water ensures the high quality of the product as well as it not being harmful to health.
Considering the features of the technology, the company has built a plant, which is one of a kind in the region regarding the quality and effectiveness of its foreign equipment. The factory is located in the Lichk village of Gegharkunik province and has the latest facilities. The equipment has been tested by the National Center Technical Security and is in compliance with the safety standards. It is constantly under the control of authorities.
The purification, processing and transporting of the carbon dioxide are automated and carried out without any human intervention.
The gas is separated from the water extracted at the depth of 400m. It is transported to the factory through special pipelines, after which it is being processed by foreign high-quality equipment.
The purification process of the CO2 is carried out in several stages:

Underground water extraction

Purification of natural gas from water

Transportation of the gas to the plant through pipelines

Removal of moisture from gas (drying phase)

Removal of foreign bodies from gas and processing (3 times)

Refrigeration

Finalising the product for the consumers

The final product is constantly tested by laboratories in Europe. Samples are regularly sent to the appropriate laboratories, where the quality of the product is approved.
The factory recruits experienced and well trained experts and owns high-quality equipment of international standards, which were acquired from the world-renowned company "Union Engineering".

Over the last 30 years, the company has supplied equipment for more than a thousand CO2 extraction plants in 110 countries. Thanks to its installation processes and licenses, the company has become a trusted leader in the industrial sector.
"Union Engineering" supplies technology and equipment to dozens of companies in Brazil, China, USA, RF, Chile and other countries.
"Technoman" uses the PUR-D equipment, which is intended for the final purification of the product. It ensures carbon dioxide of 99.999% purity.
Facilities provided by the "Union Engineering" have several advantages. The most important one is that they require no water for operating and are consistently effective. Because of the company's purifying and filtering technology, the extracted CO2 is purified according to the highest quality requirements in the market. Thanks to these technologies, it is possible to save around 4,600m3 of drinking water per year in factories operating at 1000kg/h.
